Each mystery box will be different from each other & include items from our brand new Mother of Hades collection, ✨Night Garden✨ As well as a personally selected assortment of homewares, makeup, home fragrance and accessories. All products provided from our house brands! DDG, Mermaid Salon & Mother of Hades.

This being said, we want to make each box different from the next (even if you choose to order x2). So you’re more than welcome to leave a comment in the ‘notes’ before finalising your order letting us know any products to avoid. Whether it’s not wanting double-ups of products you already have, allergies, fav colours, aesthetic etc, we will do our best to cater to you!

The money raised will be contributing to the upcoming,imng visual art project by myself, mother of hades!. How cool! You get to be a part of making art come to life. I am appreciative of anyone interested and willing to purchase a mystery box✨

Shipping

- Outside of peak seasons, orders are posted out midday Tuesday and Friday
- Some items, like soaps, are made to order and can take a little longer to ship
- Items are sent Regular Post: Approx 1 - 7 Business days within Australia

- Tracking is provided on all orders.

Orders Outside Australia
- International orders are sent via Australia Post - Pack & Track
- Approx. delivery time 5-14 business days
- Parcels can unfortunately at times be delayed due to several factors such as transit delays, customs clearance delays, public holidays, postal strikes and natural disasters.

Please note, customers outside Australia may also be liable for any customs, import duty or additional charges. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. We suggest that you check the requirements in your country before placing an order. We will not be liable for any custom or import duties.

Return policy

We want you to LOVE your purchase! However we understand sometimes life happens you can change your mind.

- We request for all returns to be received by our warehouse within 30 days of your delivery date. International buyers must ship within 14 days of receiving your items.
All items must be returned in original packaging.
- Items must be in original condition. No tears, marks, scuffs, animal fur, makeup or cigarette smells.
- Makeup or any opened hair or beauty products cannot be returned due to Australian Health and Hygiene regulations
- We reserve the right to reject any items that are returned in unsaleable condition.
- We recommend you use a trackable method of postage to ensure your item is returned to us safely.
- You are responsible for return shipping.
- Please pack the products safely to ensure no damage during transit. I am unable to process refunds or exchanges on stock damaged in transit back to me. It is the customer's responsibility to pay all freight charges to return the item. I suggest you track your return, as I am not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit and can not process any returns if I do not receive the item.
- Refunds will be by original payment method.
- For store credit, we’ll send you a confirmation email along with a store credit information.
- Discounted, sale items and items purchased through promotional deals or coupon codes are returned for exchange or store credit only.
- Preorder items are only able to be returned for an exchange or store credit.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
- Oh no! If you believe have an incorrect or faulty item, please contact us immediately on hellomermaidsalon@gmail.com with a picture of any issues and we will sort it out for you immediately. No need to go through the returns policy

GET PAYPAL TO PAY! - If you paid for your order through PayPal, you can claim your return shipping costs. (Australian customers only).
- Simply Activate Refunded Returns on your PayPal Account
- Complete the PayPal request form, add the postage receipts and submit the request within 14 days of returning your purchase.
- PayPal will process your refund request within 5 business days and if accepted will refund directly into your PayPal account.
